Assessor Meet and Greet for Real Estate Professionals

Stop by the Lemont Township Community Center on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, and meet your Lemont Township Assessor Team. Diana Groselak and Mario Mollo will give a brief introduction about themselves, and they will give a presentation about our website (www.lemonttownship.org/departments/assessors-office). In addition, they will talk about the Homeowner’s Exemption, the Senior Citizen Exemption, and the Low-Income Senior Citizen Assessment Freeze, and how the knowledge of these exemptions will benefit both the realtor and prospective Lemont residential buyer. Finally, they will talk about what they have heard from Lemont residents who recently moved into Lemont, and questions we have heard from other Real Estate Professionals.
