2026 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
CONTRACT 3-2026
Lemont Township Road District (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
2026 Roadway Improvements
Contract 3-2026
Electronic Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by OWNER until September 2, 2026,
at 2 P.M., local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly downloaded and read aloud via
teleconference. The login information for the teleconference is as follows: (309) 205-3325,
Conference ID 944 2733 2502.
The Project includes the following Work: Hot-mix asphalt (HMA) pavement patching, HMA pavement
milling and resurfacing, aggregate shoulder repair, and culvert removal and replacement on Maple
Avenue, West Hickory Avenue, Da Vinci Street, Angelico Street, El Greco Street, and Raphael Street.
Alternative Bid No. 1 includes HMA pavement patching, HMA pavement milling and resurfacing, storm
inlet adjustments and curb and gutter remove and replace on Fox Lane and Fox Hollow. Alternative Bid
No. 2 includes the addition of HMA reinforcing fibers for HMA surface course for the streets included in
the Base Bid. The estimated quantities listed are not guaranteed and are solely for the purpose of
comparison of Bids. The final payment for all Unit Price Bid items will be based on actual quantities.

All Bidders submitting a sealed Bid shall obtain the Bidding Documents from QuestCDN.com.
Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who
are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive.
The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the
Bidder’s maximum Bid price
