Permits

Registration and permitting of all dogs is required for use of the Lemont Township's Central Bark Dog Park.

Permit applications may be obtained at the Township Office located at 1115 Warner Avenue, or by printing the application below. Applications may be brought in, or mailed to the Township Office, along with required proof of rabies vaccination (copy of Veterinarian documentation) and appropriate fee.

Annual fees are:

$20 for Lemont Township residents
$30 for non-residents

Payable to Lemont Township (Cash or check only please). The purpose of this registration is to offset the maintenance costs and to protect the users of the park.
