In addition, they will talk about the Homeowner’s Exemption, the Senior Citizen Exemption, and the Low-Income Senior Citizen Assessment Freeze, and how the knowledge of these exemptions will benefit both the realtor and prospective Lemont residential buyer. Finally, they will talk about what they have heard from Lemont residents who recently moved into Lemont, and questions we have heard from other Real Estate Professionals.
